What are the shipping costs?

Duties and customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs: Italy free. For foreign countries, they depend on the shipping country and will be calculated at checkout

Shipping times: (working days) Italy 24h, Europe and Extra UE 2/3 days, Russia 15-20 days.

How can I wash my shoes?

We suggest you wash your shoes by hand with cold water.

Why is my coupon code not working on promotional products?

If the coupon does not work on promotional products, it is probably due to the terms of the promotion. Check the newsletter you received.

Delivery

Our couriers will email or text you on the day of delivery. If they attempt delivery and you are not home, they will leave you a notice with details on how to proceed with returning or picking up your order. Generally, our couriers retry delivery up to three times before returning the package.

Shipping time: (working days) Italy 24/48h, Europe and Extra EU 2-3 days, Russia 4-6 days.

Returns

The goods can be returned free of charge no later than 14 days after purchase and must be accompanied by the original box and in the same conditions of receipt.

The items must not have been worn or altered in any way, e they must not show any signs of wear or use. The soles of the shoes must not be marked in any way.

Fessura will accept the returned goods reserving the right to ascertain that products have been returned following the instructions described above.

Only after the check will there be a refund of the purchase amount. Returns will be refunded within 3 working days.

Fessura reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements at its sole discretion.

To return: send an e-mail to customercare@fessura.com specifying the order number, the items you want to return and the reason. Our team will forward the return instructions within 24 hours.

You can check within your account if you have created one.

Orders and payments

A few minutes after we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your order number. If you can't find the confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

If your order has not been shipped, you can contact our customer service department by e-mail at customercare@fessura.com and ask to cancel or change it. If you have already received your merchandise, we will be happy to cancel your order, in accordance with our return policy.

In our online store we accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, all debit cards, PayPal. You can also pay with PayPal Express. It is a fast and secure way to buy products online. Your information is already saved within your PayPal account, so you only need to enter your e-mail address and password to complete your purchase with maximum security.

Size guide

For a slim fit, choose the smaller size. For a more comfortable fit, choose the larger size. For a more accurate fit, measure your foot length (heel-to-toe) and consult the size guide. If in doubt, contact us!

No problem, you have 14 days to make return or exchange goods for free.

You do not need to have an account to place an order, but if you are registered you can save time during checkout.
